Join Other Merrimack Dwellers to a Livestream Power Vinyasa Class

If you like practicing yoga, you have the opportunity to do so in the comfort of your Merrimack home under the guidance of Gail Duval, an experienced and registered yoga alliance teacher. The event takes place on zoom on December 26, 2020, beginning at 8 AM until 9 AM. The sixty-minute Power Vinyasa class is designed for everyone who wants to twist, sweat, flow, and build a smart-core-centered body.

The class is structured to be accessible for all levels and to challenge the more experienced students. It has the ability to:

• Increase endurance
• Build strength
• Create ease
• Release tension

To sign up for the live stream class, check your New Hampshire Power Yoga account's communication preferences. It would help if you had opted for texting and/or email to get the live-stream link. Click on the link that says my account, log in, and then proceed to the account info tab. If you are signing up online for the first time, you should create your account login. If you have an account, you only need your password to log in. After completing signup, you get a text or email that includes a link to view the live stream class.
