Commercial Water Damage – Merrimack Medical Facility

Commercial water damage struck this Merrimack medical office building when a powerful storm damaged the roof of the building. A great deal of rainwater poured into the upper floor of the building flooding the offices and hallways. We were called during the storm while water was still entering the building. We were asked to place tarps on the roof to stop the flow of water into the interior. We successfully stopped the influx of water, but there was still a lot of water already inside the building. We immediately began cleaning up the water with trailer mounted extraction equipment. We contacted a roofing company to repair the damaged roof after the storm had subsided.
