Merrimack SERVPRO Commercial Water Mitigation for Tile Floors

In the Before Photo of this Merrimack Boys & Girls Club, the kitchenette shown was saturated with water. While ceramic tiles are hardy, grout is often vulnerable to moisture and can swell, cracking tiles. SERVPRO technicians can use OSHA-approved, commercial-grade solutions to restore a business to its clean, pre-disaster condition while mitigating further damages, including mold growth. 

In the After Photo of this kitchen area, SERVPRO professionals succeeded in restoring the flooring and grout to a dry and sanitary state with the help of extraction tools and EPA-registered biocides. The facility can then be prepared for any necessary repairs to counters, cabinetry, walls, and odor control with ultra-low volume (ULV) foggers.
